Step-by-Step Return or Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request
    Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your package. Use the template below to ensure we have all the details we need to assist you swiftly.
  2. Await Authorization & Instructions
    Our customer care team will review your request and, if it meets our policy, email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions within 1-2 business days. Please do not send any items back without this RMA number.
  3. Package & Ship Your Return
    Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds: Timing & Method

Once we receive your return at our boutique:

  • Inspection: Our quality team will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days.
  • Processing: Upon approval, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method used during checkout (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
  • Exchanges: For size/color exchanges, we will ship the new item via your preferred shipping method once the return is approved. Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Original shipping fees (Standard or Free Shipping via EMS) are non-refundable.

Important Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and quality standards for all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or incorrect:

  • Final Sale Items: Any item marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
  • Swimwear Bottoms & Cheeky Styles: For hygienic reasons, all BOTTOMS, CHEEKY bottoms, and HIGH WAIST bottoms are final sale if the hygiene liner has been removed or tampered with.
  • Personalized or Custom Items: Any BRIDAL sets or items that have been altered or customized per customer request.
  • Worn, Washed, or Damaged Items: Items that show signs of wear, have been washed, have removed tags, or are not in their original condition.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos, and we will gladly resolve the issue for you, covering all return shipping costs.

International Returns (Global – Asia & Remote Areas Excluded)

We serve a global community of swimwear enthusiasts. International customers are welcome to initiate returns under the same 15-day policy. Please note:

  • You are responsible for any return shipping costs and applicable customs duties or taxes.
  • Refunds will be issued in USD to the original payment method.
  • We cannot process returns to addresses in Asia or the remote areas excluded from our original shipping policy.
