Returns & Exchanges: Our Step-by-Step Promise

The Simple 4-Step Process
- Initiate Your Request:
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your package. Use the subject line: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]” and include your order number, name, and item details (name, size, color, reason). - Await Authorization:
Our customer care team will review your request and, if it aligns with our policy, email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 1-2 business days. Please do not send items back without this RMA. - Package & Ship Securely:
Place the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original packing slip or order confirmation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. - Send to Our Boutique:

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent). For international returns, you are also responsible for any customs duties or taxes on the returned package.
Refunds: Timing & Method
Once your return arrives at our boutique:
- Inspection: Our quality team inspects the item(s) within 3-5 business days.
- Processing & Issuance: Upon approval, we immediately initiate your refund to the original payment method used at checkout (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
- Exchanges: For size or color exchanges, we will ship the new item as soon as the return is approved. Any price difference will be charged or refunded. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Important Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards for all our Daisy community members, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or incorrect:
- Final Sale Items: Any item marked “Final Sale” at purchase.
- Swimwear Bottoms: For hygienic reasons, all BOTTOMS (including CHEEKY and HIGH WAIST styles) are final sale if the hygiene liner has been removed or tampered with.
- Personalized/Custom Items: Any BRIDAL sets or items altered per customer request.
- Worn, Washed, or Damaged Items: Items not in original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.
